KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Houston Texans receiver Tank Dell suffered a "significant" knee injury during Saturday's 27-19 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, according to head coach DeMeco Ryans. The injury occurred after Dell caught a touchdown pass and had to be carted off the field.
